Who Should Attend a Refresher Course?

If you work in the presence of explosives, you have the right to know the hazards.

Supervisors and mangers have the responsibility to assure that employees are informed of explosives hazards.

To meet the requirements of government contracts, explosives certification is required.

The following regulations mandate training: AMC-Reg 350-4, ATEC-Reg 385-1, DAPAM 385-63 & 64, NAVSEA OP5, AF-Manual 91-201, DOD 4145.26-M, OSHA CFR 29, DOT CFR 49, and other regulations from DOE and NASA.
